SALES PREPARATION


It is a well known fact that the better your horse is prepared for the bloodstock sales the more interest there will be in the horse.
Weeks of ground work go into both our own and clients horses that are to be sold through the sales ring or privately.
The horse is given basic education in manners and handling, work on the lunge go to improve muscle tone and, with good grooming, use of the solarium and feeding, the coat of the horse will gleam with health.

Kevin and Anne are totally responsible for your horse from going into the farm to appearing in the sales ring, or being sold to a private buyer.



EDUCATING YOUR HORSE


A well-broken horse [Click here to view images] will be an asset for life. At Heddon Laws time, patience and expertise all help in the forming of your horses' education.

If you want your horse to compete, pony club or Point to Point the many satisfied customers of Kevin and Anne will verify what a good job will be made of your horses' education.




POINT to POINT & HUNTING


There is always a good selection of quality horses to hire to hunt from Heddon Laws.
You may also stable your own hunter or Point to Pointer at Heddon Laws. You can be assured that your horse will have the best of care, attention and excercise giving the best chance of winning point to point or being hunting fit when you need him.

'Heddon for Fun'
A new syndicate to bring the ownership of a point to point horse within the reach of all. The horse has been chosen by Margaret and Anne he is a 9 year old gelding by Buckskin who has won and been placed point to pointing and in a hunter chase. 'Shylock' will be trained by Kevin for the forthcoming Point to Point season.
Shares are available now and include all training fees and costs any prize money will be distributed at the end of the season.
The main aim of the syndicate is to have great days out at the Point to Points and an interest in seeing this horse progress.


REST & RECUPERATION


Whether your horse has been injured, needs nursing care or just to be rested from the exertions of competition work - Heddon Laws is just what the Doctor ( or Vet !) ordered.
Attention to detail ensures your horse gets the best chance of recovery, as the team at Heddon Laws will work closely with your own veterinary surgeon.

Heddon Laws will be pleased to advise and find the horse you are looking for.
Charging a small fee/commision you will be sure of the right advice before purchasing your perfect horse!
