If you have Norton Internet Security by Symantec installed on your computer which is up to date, the following issue has been discovered when attempting to send the form from our contact page.
You may find that clicking the 'Submit' button after completion of the form, returns the following error message.

Error no.002: This script appears to have been called incorrectly, or illegally.
Please be aware that the script can only be used to send email to the address of the website owner, and can only operate within the hosting package in which it was installed. This script will not operate, or send email, if called incorrectly or illegally. Your IP address
***.***.**.**. has been recorded.
If you feel that this message has been provided in error please contact the website owner.

This issue only applies to computers with Norton Internet Security installed, not Norton Anti Virus, or any other security program that we are aware of.

NIS by default enables Browser Privacy this is contained within Status & Settings - Privacy Control - on the NIS menu.
Our form page requires information about the user before it will allow this form to be sent to our ISP as a matter of security.

NIS Browser Privacy can be disabled for all or specific web sites. When this feature is disabled for specific sites information will only be sent to that site. When Browser Privacy is disabled through Custom Level in Privacy Control, information is released to any web site that may request it.

To disable Browser Privacy for specific Web sites

Should you not wish to disable any of the security features within NIS then please use the standard email link on our contact page to get in touch with us on-line as this is not effected in any way.
